The room i occupied lacked a refrigerator. i found the bathroom small and not private. the balcony was a shared space with other guests. This presented a lack of privacy and comfort.. the tv lacked a remote control upon my arrival.

the noise was a problem. the room faced a main street, i could hear everything! plus, the bathroom had an awful smell like sewage. i really think the hotel should upgrade the tvs to smart TVs.

The breakfast was ok. The location was good.

The room i had was a classic single room. the room felt cramped, and the bathroom was tiny. There wasn't even a shelf for toiletries. also, the tv was old and had very few channels. i paid quite a bit for the room, and i expected more for the price. It was frustrating!

the location was quite good, close to attractions. breakfast had a lot of choices, i appreciated that. the staff was friendly, they were helpful with directions. the room has a kettle, i could make tea.

the walls are very thin, i could hear noises from other rooms. the bathroom looked worn, the wooden door frame was swollen. there was no air conditioning, the room got too hot.
